Make an impact with our Technology Team as a Program Manager, Business Resilience. Join a team of professionals utilizing leading-edge industry knowledge to mitigate risk and enhance our comprehensive response strategies. As a trusted advisor, you’ll integrate effective programs that ensure protection and continuity of MNP operations during unplanned disruptions.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the management of MNP’s Business Resilience Program framework, strategy, goals, and compliance ensuring our organization can continue operations seamlessly
- Support corporate risk management activities as needed
- Ensure templates and plans are current and maintain the information library
- Create, manage, and conduct training and awareness sessions for diverse stakeholder groups
- Develop, lead, facilitate, and report on crisis management, business continuity, and emergency management exercises
- Provide real-time support and advisory for leadership teams when responding to incidents
- Lead and report on post-incident reviews or debriefs
- Engage with stakeholders across Canada including leadership, executives, Partners, IT, Human Capital and Administration
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain high-quality standards and address issues or key risks relevant to the business
- Lead and support reporting for executives and committees about program activities
- Partner with MNP’s Business Resilience Services Advisory team to understand the organization’s operating environment, evaluate existing plans, and coordinate ongoing activities
- Work closely with the IT team in disaster recovery and cyber incident response efforts
- Collaborate with MNP’s mergers and acquisitions team to integrate new offices into the program
**Skills and Experience**
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, or emergency management experience
- Completion of the Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of crisis management, business continuity management, and emergency management leading practices and standards (e.g., ISO 22301, CSA Z1600)
- Experience in project management and leading projects
- Basic knowledge of IT networks and systems
- Written and spoken French language proficiency is an asset, but not required
