- **Hours**: Full-time (40 hours/ 5 days a week)
- **Location**: Onsite at Liberty Tire Recycling - Annacis Island Delta, BC
- **Compensation**: $55,000 - 60,000 CAD per year
- **Reports To**:Transportation Manager

**Job Summary**
The Transportation Clerk, under the direction of the Transportation Manager, will primarily be responsible for maintaining all operations paperwork and communications. The Transportation Clerk will make all day to day decisions required to do the job described herein, bearing in mind that supervisors must from time to time be consulted on certain issues that present anything out of the ordinary or have the potential to be counter-productive or harmful.

**Job Duties**
- Answer incoming calls and input pickup calls into Tower
- Process incoming loads.
- Process local “A” Forms
- Billing for all AGS, LFL, LS and OTR
- Keep detailed records of the above
- Update and maintain incoming trailer reports
- Update and maintain yard reports
- Work closely with TSBC
- Maintain scale downloads and records
- Assist Doc Supervisor with container paperwork
- Track and maintain inspection logs
- Track and trace incoming trailers
- Maintain office supplies
- Book local hauler drops
- Track medium truck count daily
- Maintain driver communication
- Other duties as assigned

- All PC related program knowledge (i.e. Excel, Work, Outlook, internet, etc.)
- All office equipment knowledge
