**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- **Design & Drafting**: Create and prepare production drawings and cultists for trailers using SolidWorks and Excel.
- **Model Maintenance**: Maintain existing models, updating designs as necessary to improve product quality and meet evolving requirements.
- **Peer Review**: Conduct peer reviews of new models and drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- **Innovation & Collaboration**: Work closely with the production team to design and innovate new products that align with our high standards.

Other duties as required. We’re a small team that jumps in to help out where needed.

**Skills**
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all designs and drawings.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, keeping work well-organized and efficient.
- **Creativity & Teamwork**: Capable of creative thinking and collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in computer operations, with knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SolidWorks.

**Education**:

- Drafting diploma or equivalent experience with SolidWorks.
- Willing to train the right applicant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
