If you are looking for your next professional challenge, we have an opportunity for you As a Site Supervisor at SFU Burnaby, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations and will be responsible for leading a dynamic team at a state of the art university campus.

**This position pays $32. 49 per hour.**

**What does a Supervisor do?**:

- Plan, direct, and ensure the smooth running of operations at the client's site.
- Develop and implement procedures and policies for security operations.
- Make suggestions to improve and epitomize the security service
- Provide operational direction to staff responding to any incidents on site
- Conduct patrols of the campus area, to ensure the quality of the operation
- Identify potential security and safety issues
- Train new site officers and prepare weekly schedule
- Updating computer records and preparing different daily and weekly reports

**Qualifications to become a Supervisor**:

- 1 to 3 years experience in a security supervisory role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Valid BC security guard license
- After-hours on-call availability required
