**Experience**
- **Tile**_
- Experience with large format tiles
- Experience with mosaic tiles
- Experience using waterproofing systems as in Schlutter, Wedi and more
- Experience prepping area for tile with the following Drywall, plywood, cement board, Ditra, Kerdi
- Experience installing sanded, un sanded and epoxy grout
- Experience working with natural stones such as marble etc
- Experience using leveling spacers
- **Drywall**_
- Experience installing drywall sheets
- Experience tape and plastering all joints and corners
- Experience installing corner beads
- Experience working with 20 and 45
- Experience sanding
- **Framing/wood work**_
- Experience framing interior walls
- Experience framing window and door opening
- Experience moving load bearing walls or structural walls
- Experience framing with metal studs
- Experience building stairs
- Experience building decks
- experience installing baseboards and casing
- **Flooring**_
- Experience installing hardwood floor
- Experience installing laminate
- Experience installing vinyl flooring
- Experience installing self leveling cement
- **Windows/doors**_
- Experience installing Windows
- Experience installing exterior and interior doors
- Experience capping exterior windows and doors
- **Painting**_
- Experience painting interior walls, ceilings and trim
- Experience cutting without tape
- Experience priming

Electrical/Plumbing
- Basic idea how plumbing works
- Basic idea how electrical works

**Rietkerk constructions expectations from you**
- 9 to 5 Monday to Friday
- No swearing on job sites
- Keeping job sites clean and organized
- Company shirts on while working for rietkerk construction
- Being able to work alone and with a team
- Being able to follow orders as well as give orders when needed
- Staying composed and professional with clients at all times
- Ability to read plans

**Employee most need**
- Driving license
- Own vehicle
- At least 10 or more years of experience

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nepean, ON K2G 1Z6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
