Bakery/deli Manager

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Food Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day execution of tasks in the Bake-off/Deli Department and will be involved in the planning for the direction of the department.
- You will ensure the efficient operation of the department to achieve all financial targets and deliver on budgeted KPI's.
- You will promote and ensure adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards.
- You will ensure prompt, efficient and friendly customer service is provided at all times.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in food store operations. and:

- You have a high school diploma.
- You have 3 years of relevant customer service experience with 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
- You’re familiar with retail operations and food safety standards.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
