Overview:
**Fountain Tire Sidney (2061 Malaview Ave W Unit 1, Sidney, BC V8L 6X6), **an established automotive repair shop, is looking for an experienced, responsible, and dedicated associate to join our team as a **Service Advisor**.

**Pay: $30-$32/hour**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians.
- Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
- Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received.
- Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers.
- Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer, and process all necessary information in the computer system.
- The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe.
- Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
- Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire.
- Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts.
- Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road, site or field

**Working conditions**:

- A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded.
- Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 25KG is required.
- Consistent work with computers and communicating on the phone.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 months experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract.
- Proficient computer skills.
