**Job Summary**:
The Live-In Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing general building and property maintenance. The Live-in Maintenance Associate shall also be responsible for keeping buildings in clean, safe and orderly condition, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalks. The Live -In Maintenance Associate shall ensure that the grounds are maintained appropriately, deal with any emergency and maybe on-call with 24/7.
**What we need from you**:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry; ability to read and interpret manuals related to equipment and building systems.
- 1-2 years of a live in superintendent experience
- Worked in a high rise building with amenities (eg: swimming pool, gym, theatre etc)
- Must be able to work well under pressure in emergency situations.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
**Physical Demands**:
- Considerable lifting, stretching, reaching, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, standing, walking and bending.
**Working Condition**:
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays - no exceptions.
- Will be on call 24-7
- Maybe exposed to garbage or construction site
