**What You’ll Do**

As the
**Production Supervisor of our weekend night shift**, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the efficient and safe production of quality product, satisfying customer demand, while leading team development and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

**Shift Schedule** : Friday - Sunday (6 pm - 6 am)
- At a high-level you will:

- Lead the production activities of a department within the plant to achieve desired results
- Develop and engage your team through regular, clear and consistent performance management and personal development
- Foster an environment of employee engagement by embracing a culture that encourages teamwork, cooperation and continuous improvement.
- Create a safe working environment by providing safety leadership while ensuring regulatory and procedure compliance
- Improve value-add by enhancing yield, optimizing processing, reducing process waste, aligning product specifications with materials.
- Initiate improvements to remove bottlenecks, improve quality, and lower costs utilizing Lean, or other process improvement activities.
- All other duties as assigned.

- It would be an added bonus if you have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in:

- Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field
- Other engineering disciplines
- Business degree
- Qualifications in LEAN, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints
- Have experience working with SAP in a manufacturing environment
