**About the Opportunity**

The production worker will be responsible for working on the production line of Essence Cabinets Inc. This individual will be responsible for the operation of equipment for the manufacture of various products and will ensure all work performed adheres to all organizational standards as well as safety regulations and guidelines. This is a labour-intensive position requiring individuals to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods of time.

You are a creative and innovative thinker, a highly motivated self-starter with the proven ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. You have excellent analytical and effective problem-solving skills and take the initiative to offer solutions to improve written and verbal communication. You can set priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must read, write and speak English.
- Previous production work is considered an asset.
- Previous cabinet making experience an assest and may be reflected in wage offered
- Willing and able to follow specific instructions.
- Ability to use basic power tools required.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with little supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team or alone.
- Commitment to accuracy and detail-oriented.
- Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
