**Position Summary**:
The student will create processes, dashboards, and tools for collecting, storing, sharing and reporting on High Liner Foods’ sustainability data publicly disclosed in the company’s annual sustainability report, MIC and other public-facing reports.

**Essential Duties and responsibilities**
- Create a list of sustainability metrics material to High Liner Foods and identify owners of each data type; Work with cross functional partners to establish standardized data templates for each of those data points.
- Help establish dashboards for sustainability KPIs that can be updated regularly to inform the ELT/BOD of progress toward sustainability goals
- Create a process to collect, store, QC-check and share sustainability data for quarterly updates and annual sustainability report; Work with Purchasing and other cross functional partners to create process with utility providers to report quarterly utility usage
- Support ad hoc requests to update customer portals and/or reports with sustainability data

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business Administration program or similar field
- Excellent people skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams to gather information and solve problems
- Passionate about the industry and looking to further their experience and skills in Sustainability, Business Management
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Critical thinker, and a team player
- Ability to gather, analyze and interpret various data
- Good computer skills

**High Liner Foods is Remote Friendly** We offer a Flexible Hybrid Work Model where corporate office employees have the flexibility to choose a minimum of two office days per week, with the option to work wherever they prefer (office or remote) for the remainder of the week.
