Roofing Labourer

**Roofing Labourer - Kitimat, BC**

CIMS Limited Partnership is seeking a **highly motivated **individual who can take the **initiative, support, **and follow **health and safety protocols** with **Labourer experience **to fill the role of **Roofing Labourer.**

In the position of _**Roofing Labourer, **_ you will be responsible for Reporting to the Assigned Project Manager and the Regional Construction Manager, the _**Roofing Labourer**_ is responsible for supporting Roofers with roof maintenance, including installing, repairing, and replacing a variety of high-quality roofing systems.
- **You will be accountable for**:_
- _Support Roofers with installing, repairing, and replacing various high-quality roofing systems._
- _Participating and adhering to 101 Industries, a division of CIMS LP company safety protocols while using PPE _(personal protective equipment) when applicable.
- _Previous roofing labourer experience is an asset._
- _Must be reliable and responsible, with great attention to detail and accuracy._
- _Ability to be a self-starter and collaborate with management, clients, and employees._
- _Strong verbal and written communication skills._
- Class 5 driver’s license is an asset.

- _Must be willing to work at heights while adhering to safety protocols._
- _May be required to work outside of regular work hours to meet deadlines occasionally._
- _May be required to work outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions._

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kitimat, BC V8C 2N8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
