**We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our new team as we open our second location at 365 Center Street in Bridgewater Our soft open date is going to be 4/20. We have part-time hourly and/or full-time positions available for those who wish to become a part of the passionate Supercraft family. As a Supercraft Team Lead, we expect your passion, curiosity and experience with cannabis to shine as well as your team leadership and store management skills. Previous work experience is an asset, a passion for cannabis is a must. We are looking for someone with top notch customer service experience who is willing to go the extra mile for customers. We are big on having a positive attitude and team focused mentality and are looking for an individual who will fit in with the group. Enjoying yourself and creating a positive vibe is a requirement You are responsible for greeting customers, creating a healthy and positive work environment, helping clients, keeping the store clean and tidy, managing stock levels and the sales floor and completing sales transactions. As we get into the groove of things with our team there will be opportunities to take on extra roles such as Inventory, merchandising, social media, receiving products, to those who are interested and motivated to learn more about the shop.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and product knowledge to clientele on the sales floor with a 1-on-1 educational experience.
- Keep up to date on in-stock and incoming product information.
- Restocking, cleaning and general sales floor maintenance.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment but also be able to be independent and self-sufficient.
- Be able to open/close the store efficiently
- Handling issues that arise on the floor or on the backend
- Be able to help lead the team in a positive and lead-by-example methodology
- Handling cash, printing reports, reporting to your management team
- Communication is key in this role as you will be relied upon for daily/weekly reports on how the store is performing

Mandatory Requirements
- Must have your Smart Choices certificate.
- Have reliable transportation. (personal vehicle and license is preferred as some travel may be necessary for training)
- Create a positive work environment.
- Maintain a variable schedule based on customer demand.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Pre-Employment criminal background check

**Salary**: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Cannabis: 2 years (preferred)
