**Store Operations Lead** to join our growing Retail Operations team. I joined Mejuri just over a year ago and am responsible for leading our Store Operations team. We are responsible for developing and improving the standard for how our stores operate operationally. I am so excited for the year ahead and all of the amazing work we will collaborate on together

The Role:

- The Store Operations Lead is responsible for standardizing, executing and maintaining all operational functions within retail stores to maximize efficiencies, drive profitability, minimize spend & facilitate future growth. This individual will develop, improve and standardize and update best practices and processes that impact the retail stores and be accountable to the day-to-day operations of the retail business. This individual will act as an advocate for the retail team cross-functionally, partnering with departments to develop, coordinate, and execute retail-destined initiatives and events. They will be responsible for the maintenance of retail infrastructure to ensure we have the systems in place to enable seamless and efficient operations at the store. They will also be responsible for the development, accuracy and timeliness of all retail destined communication from HQ. They will support the Store Operations Manager as needed to provide analysis and input required to achieve our business objectives and strategy.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide day-to-day support to our retail store network. Ensuring that all in-store operational processes are functional and providing solutions to issues and roadblocks when they arise to minimize business impact and ensure business continuity, and enable key results are achieved.
- Manage supplies required to operate in-store, defining specifications and quantity. Responsible for ordering and coordinating cross-functionally for internally supplied supplies and externally for 3rd party supplies.
- Support with the development, execution, and management of retail initiatives that relate to our broader retail strategy.
- Oversee all current and future vendor relationships supporting our day-to-day business Identify opportunities to adapt our vendor strategy as we scale
- Responsible for the development, accuracy and timeliness of all cross-functional communication to retail stores. This includes ownership of the Finer Cut - improving what information is delivered and how in order to empower Retail to stay connected to HQ, achieve their objectives, and improve team engagement.
- Support with improving internal cross-functional processes and information flows to continuously streamline how information is delivered to stores. Facilitates a seamless feedback loop from Store to HQ to validate and drive positive change within our business.
- Develop, update, maintain, and review retail policies, procedures and process standards to improve retail performance and to build for scale and support.
- In partnership with cross-functional partners, support the development of materials to successfully roll out new processes and procedures.
- Constantly identify opportunities to improve processes and tools as we scale and grow. Seek to simplify how our retail stores operate (simple front end, complex back end)
- Support the development and maintenance of all department tools & resources
- Act as the retail centre of excellence by providing consultation to cross functional departments, identifying retail and cross-functional considerations in order to enable effective integration with stores.
