**Position Overview**

The Registered Massage Therapist and/or Certified Spa Practitioner (RMT/CSP) is responsible for providing massage services to CMH guests, leading dynamic warm-up class each morning, and responsible for the daily upkeep of the spa area at the lodge. This person will work as part of a team and be highly organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a seasonal job opportunity. The CMH summer season runs from late-June to end of August. Rate of pay is based on a 10-hour day for guest exchange days, and a 5-hour day plus booked massage times on massage days. A typical schedule consists of 2 weeks on and 1 week off. Accommodation is available while on shift, at no extra cost, for staff joining our team.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead a comprehensive and dynamic 30-minute warm up class, which includes a variety of movement patterns, on all mornings apart from a guest exchange day.
- Take full ownership of the spa & fitness facilities inclusive of the massage rooms and executing daily and weekly cleaning duties related to these spaces.
- Prepare massage rooms and ensure a calm and inviting environment.
- Manage the guest massage schedule including charge entry for completed massages.
- Support the ski program by assisting with radio duty and rescue response.
- Assist the lodge team in the cleaning-up of meal services.
- Be actively involved in the cleaning of common spaces on exchange days to effectively prepare the lodge for incoming guests.
- Willing to assist with other lodge duties, as assigned. This type of work environment requires team players that work hard together to meet overall goals.
