CNC Lathe Setter/operator

Flamboro Technical Services is a fabrication company that specializes in stainless steel components for the food and pharmaceutical industries. We are looking to grow our team and we have an immediate opening for a CNC lathe machinist/operator.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set-up and operate multiple CNC Lathe
- Verify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments
- Abide with instructions, regulations and safety policies
- Keep machines and surrounding area clean while maintaining a safe work environment
- Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION
- Minimum 2 years od set-up and operation on a CNC Lathes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Excellent knowledge of tooling
- Effectively communicate
- Ability to preform in process inspection and complete necessary forms
- Ability to problem solve and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Willingness to cross train on other types of machinery is an asset
- Esprit Programming knowledge is an asset

ADDITONAL REQUIREMENT
- Hand tools and measuring equipment
- Own Steel-toe safety shoes
