**Job Profile**:
As Integration Manager, this individual will be the connection between the Banyan M&A team and post-acquisition operations / finance team. They will lead the financial and operational integration of acquisitions and implement financial initiatives identified during the M&A process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Banyan’s M&A team and acquisition target personnel as part of pre-close due
diligence to identify and scope pre and post-close integration requirements
- Partner with internal finance and operations teams to design post-closing financial processes related to accounting, reporting, KPIs, treasury, billing, and tax
- Coordinate and allocate the activities of the integration execution team for each new Banyan acquisition, which will include a Banyan Finance Manager, functional specialists, and offshore resources
- Ensure timely and accurate integration of the acquired business onto Banyan’s financial platforms, including but not limited to Sage Intacct, Avalara, Expensify, and banking software
- Along with the Finance Manager, be a key point of contact for acquired business personnel for questions regarding the integration and Banyan’s finance, reporting and administrative processes. This includes conversations with existing finance personnel, CEOs, Banyan operating partners and other key individuals.
- Work with a Banyan Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely preparation of initial internal financial files (e.g., year 1 budgets), dashboards, and cash flow requirements for each new Banyan acquisition
- Oversee the timeline for each integration project and ensure all key deliverable dates are met for each acquisition.
- Maintain Tracking for all future and in-flight integrations to ensure appropriate resourcing of Banyan Finance Managers and integration personnel
- Throughout each integration, identify areas for potential improvement as it relates to financial processes at the acquired business such as invoicing schedules and working capital management.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to promote best practices and efficiency for integration of each new Banyan acquisition.
- Other ad-hoc tasks that may arise from time-to-time.

**Qualifications for success**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a finance/accounting role. Experience integrating acquisitions, implementing system transitions, or designing financial processes preferred.
- Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA, CA). PMP Certification is not required, but is considered an asset
- Relevant accounting experience with the U.S. GAAP and software is an asset
- Demonstrated project management / leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead teams, implement change, and drive process improvement
- Supportive team player mentality is essential
- Advanced written and oral communication skills with the ability to converse with business executives
- Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and energetic with interest in entrepreneurship, software, and finance
- Experience with Sage Intacct and/or QuickBooks is an asset
