Parking Ambassador

We are currently looking for a parking ambassador for the Langdale Ferry Terminal.

**Responsibilities and duties**
- Ensuring the site is represented to the public in a pleasing, organized and professional manner
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on all parking equipment, as well as repairing any that are out of order
- Monitoring traffic flow and customer service considerations during peak times
- Verifying that all customers are following the rules and regulations of the site, and issuing violations to those who are not
- General cleaning and maintenance of parking lots
- Fielding customer comments or concerns in person

**Requirements**:

- High-school diploma
- Class 5 drivers license
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent verbal, written, telephone and online communication skills
- The ability to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of the site and surrounding areas to assist with any questions that may arise

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gibsons, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- driving: 1 year (preferred)
