From reviewing their paperwork, to making the customs declaration, to providing advisory services, we do it all.

As part of a holdings group of nine sister companies, Pacific Customs Brokers is seeking an Junior Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team for a one year contract starting in January 2025 (maternity leave coverage).

We are a group of diverse companies operating in both Canada and the United States. All accounting is processed from our Surrey office.

**Education and Experience**:
A minimum of 1 year of A/R or Accounting experience is required.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Post payments to the accounts (Cheques/Credit cards/EFT)
- Cheque Scanning, or prepare deposits as needed
- Send statements
- Bank Runs - Occasional
- Other Duties as and when required
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- 1 Years' experience with A/R data entry
- Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and hit targets and deadlines
- Some knowledge of Transportation and/or Customs Brokerage industry would be an asset.

Domestic or foreign placement/temp agencies need not contact.

We are located at the US/Canada border crossing (176th Street and 1st Avenue) in South Surrey/White Rock. **Public transportation is not available to this location. A reliable vehicle is required.**
