Salesperson/cashier

The role of the salesperson/cashier will be to:
TASKS
- Follow and perform Boutique opening procedures
- Handling cash
- Greet customers in a friendly manner;
- Provide information on products and artisans, if requested;
- Ensure the supervision of the Boutique;
- Process sales transactions at the cash register, using a computerized system;
- Clean jewelry;
- Update and clean boutique displays;
- Restock product;
- Inventory count;
- Receive and count new product;
- Tag product;
- Follow and perform Boutique closing procedures
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Have a grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, or other relevant experience
- English language: written and spoken
- French language: spoken intermediate
- Retail experience: an asset

EMPLOYEMENT
- 20h to 36.25h/week
- Must be available to work weekends
- Boutique hours of operation 9:30-6:00 Monday - Saturday
- Compensation according to the museum’s salary schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
