**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acquire goods and services needed to satisfy the manufacturing plan while keeping shortages and inventory as low as possible.
- Reduce part cost while improving quality and delivery times.
- Expedite goods delivery when necessary.
- Negotiate while maintaining a positive relationship with vendors.
- Qualify vendors and components.
- Do Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Find new and alternative suppliers for existing and new components.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- University, College, or Technical Post-Secondary education.
- 1 to 3 years of purchasing goods experience.
- Experience with AX or D365 systems is an asset.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers.
- Superior analytical skills and ability to develop recommendations and strategic solutions from data/information.
- Well organized and able to balance multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
- Need to have high sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing needs.
- Fully bilingual in French and English.
