**About us**

We are a virtual law firm based in the Greater Toronto Area, specializing in assisting entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small business owners. Our services encompass a range of legal solutions, including provincial and federal business incorporation in Ontario, establishment of professional corporations, facilitation of business transactions, ongoing legal support, meticulous drafting and review of contracts, agreements, and other essential documentation, as well as the provision of expert legal counsel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the appropriate stuff members.
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and client matters.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
