**Procurement Administrator**
**Location: Calgary**
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to busy procurement and operations departments. The primary objective is ensuring Purchase Orders are generated in a timely manner and that procurement transactions are accurately documented
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Generating and distributing PO’s to field staff for pickups etc.
- Distributing PO’s that have been generated by other Procurement staff to field staff for pickups etc.
- Populating PO’s with item and pricing information.
- Populating RGM’s (Return Goods & Materials).
- Item setups in inventory database.
- Assisting Accounts Payable with credits /PO’s/Invoices with resolving invoicing and return discrepancies.
- Shipping and receiving (low volume and forklift operation required).
- Provide administrative support to Calgary Operations.
- General administration.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of related administrative experience
- Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel and Outlook, Adobe.
- Experience with Navision or Business Central an asset.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Strong customer service orientation and an ability to work successfully within a team.
- Superior communication and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience working in the construction, maintenance and/or electrical/instrumentation industry is an asset.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
- Work takes place indoors, and outdoors occasionally.
- This position requires the ability to walk around a large and congested yard.

Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
