**Job Description**:

Working with high-profile clients around the world, you will be part of a team delivering solutions that solve complex problems. You will work within a cross-functional team to deliver industry leading software that will be deployed to our clients all over the world. We’re looking for people with high levels of initiative and resourcefulness who take pride in what they do to be a driving force in continuous improvement.

**Who we are looking for**

**Most of the things you'll work on**:

- In collaboration with other project managers, gain an understanding of client requirements and how it relates to project success
- Work with software leads to design, record and track technical requirements to satisfy client requirements
- Collaborate with product manager(s) to understand and contribute to product roadmaps
- Monitor and report on projects, key milestones and KPIs
- Proactively communicate issues to all stakeholders and help in their resolution
- Assist in resource planning across multiple projects and initiatives
- Take a lead role in process improvements to support scaling of the practice
- Take part in hiring, onboarding and training activities for staff
- Assist in business development pursuits in North America and internationally

**Qualifications**:
**You'll need to have**:

- At least 5 years experience in software project management, ideally in a consulting environment
- A solid understanding of software development and deployment principles
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- High levels of initiative and resourcefulness/creative thinking
- Demonstratable experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- You know that:

- All approaches to software/technology have their benefits and drawbacks
- Agile approaches to software development are excellent and should be applied to situations that warrant them
- People and teams are the key to all software projects
