Bruce Auto Group is looking for a self-motivated Regional Credit Specialist who has a passion for going above and beyond for their customers By joining the team at Bruce Auto Group, you'll be eligible for paid personal days off, industry training and progressive career advancement opportunities

**The Opportunity**:
As an essential member of the Bruce Auto Group, you will be responsible for obtaining financing for our subprime customers for their vehicle purchases at our dealerships in Middleton, you will recommend insurance and service packages to fit the specific needs of each individual customer. You will assess customers' financial position and review lender approvals to recommend options that conclude in a ‘win-win' situation. **This position is commission pay; the great part is you have an earning potential of up to $100,000 per year PLUS**

You are friendly and have a genuine interest in helping customers and the company. You are detail-oriented and can handle details quickly, correctly, and efficiently. You are a team player and willing to jump in and roll up your sleeves to help out when needed. You possess strong computer skills and have attention to detail. You are confident and love a challenge. You tend to do your best work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt to situations quickly. Having experience in lending, finance, or credit is a must.
