Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaner to join our team. As a Carpet Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of carpets in commercial and residential settings. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will ensure customer satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Clean carpets using various techniques, including steam cleaning, shampooing, and dry cleaning
- Inspect carpets for stains, damage, or other issues before cleaning
- Move furniture and other items as needed to access carpeted areas
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove stains and deep clean carpets
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and address any concerns
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or carpet cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of different carpet types and appropriate cleaning methods
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
