We are a busy, fast-paced established winery and are looking for Cellar Hands that can work with the winner maker and the owner, and who can appreciate our roots while also helping us grow for the future.

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

This position reports directly to the owners of the business.
- RESPONSIBILITIES_
- General cellar activities such as blending, filtering and finishing of the wines
- Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, pumps and other equipment
- Carry out cellar activities assigned by the winemaker and/or owner
- Assist in vineyard activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- REQUIRMENTS_
- Works daily in cellar, especially during harvest.
- Works collaboratively with the Owners in all aspects of the job
- Reliable transportation
- Depandable
- Can manage production/inventory of approximately 100,000 L per year
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to receive feedback

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required to move, lift, carry, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance
- Work outside in hot or cold weather
- The ability to work longer shifts during harvest season
- Standing for long periods of time
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required
