Position Description

Working inside a Factory Service Center, this position is responsible for repairing different types of portable power tools within the Milwaukee brand. The position requires an individual to be able to follow a standardized repair process which would include the diagnosing / troubleshooting of the tool failure, identifying a solution and repairing the product.

What You Will Do- Receive and verify all incoming returns- Pick, pack and ship outgoing sales orders- Resolve receiving issues, ship unauthorized returns to the customer- Consolidate and process return shipments to our US warehouse locations- Conduct periodic inventory counts- Related administrative duties as required- Maintain an extremely well organized and safe work environment within TTI- Other duties as required

What You Will Bring- Shipping/receiving experience- Minimum education - High school diploma- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Dynamics AX- Forklift/Counterbalance certified- Self-driven with the passion to be your best every day- Strong organizational skills- Creative thinker around process and continuous improvement- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong computer skills around data entry- Have the ability to lift 40lbs
