**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
- Assist with food preparation and handling in accordance with food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food service.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer balance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
- Maintain inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering is a plus.
- A passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods.
