**Position Summary**

Join our passionate and dynamic Kitchen Team We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to help manufacture our premium organic products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and cleanliness in our production process while maintaining our high standards of sustainability and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Bagging and Packaging**

*Accurately package products of various sizes, using scales and other tools. *Ensure proper labeling and adherence to manufacturing guidelines.

**Production Workflow Support**

*Facilitate smooth operations by assisting with the movement of products and supplies. *Collaborate with teammates to maintain an efficient production process.

**Product Quality Inspection**

*Perform visual inspections for defects or contamination during production. *Report quality concerns promptly to the Production Lead or Management.

**Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness**

*Ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, and sanitary throughout the day. *Follow strict hygiene protocols to prevent cross-contamination.

**Equipment Care and Maintenance**

*Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment to ensure it functions properly. *Adhere to care instructions for all kitchen tools and uniforms.

**Inventory Management Support**
- Assist warehouse personnel with inventory organization and accuracy when needed.

**Safety and Compliance**

*Follow all safety protocols to create a secure work environment. *Report hazards or incidents immediately.

**Cross-Department Assistance**
- Support other departments during downtime or high-priority projects.

**Qualifications**

*Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs. *Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. *Excellent communication and teamwork skills. *Comfortable standing and sitting throughout the day. *Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM).
