**Residential Cleaning Team Lead Position -**

Looking for positive, detail oriented individuals as leaders, that work well in a team environment with previous cleaning experience

**Requirements**:
Employment Police Check

WHIMIS Training (Can be completed upon/after hiring)

**Days of Work**:
Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM (the hours can vary based on appointment times)

**Hours**:25-35hours/week

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Leader Capabilities (guidance, communication, time management)
- Initiative and Accountability
- Crew Management
- Client Responsibility (Checklist, Ensuring Services are Consistent, Product/Equipment Management) etc
- **Cleaning**:

- Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors
- Vacuum clean carpets, rugs and draperies
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings
- Empty and clean trash containers
- Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers
- Wipe down glass surfaces
- Make up beds and change linens as required
- Tidy up rooms
- Sort, wash, load and unload laundry (upon request)
- Iron and press clothing and linen (upon request)
- Sort, fold and put away clean laundry (upon request)
- Operate mechanized cleaning equipment
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
- Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements
- **Knowledge and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
- Knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials
- Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
- Attention to Detail
- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
- Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs)

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
