Lift North America has outreach across Canada servicing National Accounts from Coast to Coast. 1. Forklift Mechanics, Electric, LPG, Diesel. (Class 1 through 5).
2. Heavy Equipment.
3. Automotive mechanical experience
4. Aviation mechanical experience.
5. Nautical.
6. Millwright.
7. Armed Forces Experience. Service in one of their many technical disciplines.
8. Scissor Lift, Boom, Dock door repair, HVAC, Sweeper Scrubber etc.
LNA is looking for mechanically inclined people with the aptitude to learn and a strong work ethic. Our minimum requirement is one year experience in a mechanical hands on setting. We work on, Electric, Propane and Diesel Equipment.
Road and Shop Service is our core competency. We have the largest independent fleet of road service vans in the country.
Our technicians work on the following equipment: Forklifts (Electric, Propane, Diesel), Narrow Aisle Electric Warehouse Equipment, (Reach Trucks, Walkies, Stand-up Counterbalance Fork-trucks and Order Pickers), diesel heavy outdoor equipment (earth moving equipment), Scissor-lifts and booms, floor scrubbers and sweepers, shrink wrap machines and dock doors.
Our goal is to graduate our technicians to where they can work on everything comfortability with confidence and ease. We train technicians to work on all makes and models of equipment.
Junior technicians will graduate to the mentorship program. They ride along with a senior technician for a time learning the trade. Everything from, Regular Scheduled Maintenance, to Safety Certification while sharpening their diagnostic skill set for all possible break down scenarios.
Much of the training in these instances will be focused around understanding the functionality of our operating system. LNA is paperless. We have a state of the art operating system that allows the technician to communicate seamlessly with the customer and support staff internally. Technicians are supported by their Service and Parts Managers. We have several very capable parts associates ready to assist as well.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
