**Sommaire de l'emploi**

Sous la supervision de la direction de l’école, le membre enseignant retenu travaillera en collaboration avec l’équipe d’intervenants cliniques.

**Exigences de l'emploi**

**Formation**:

- Brevet d'enseignement de l'Ontario ou équivalent;
- Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des enseignantes et des enseignants de l’Ontario
- Spécialiste en enfance en difficulté (ou en voie d’obtention);
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience en enseignement notamment avec des enfants ayant des besoins particuliers;

**Exigences particulières**:

- Qualification additionnelle en enseignement aux élèves ayant des besoins particuliers en communication (troubles du spectre autistique);
- Certificat en analyse comportementale appliqué pour les professionnels de l’enseignement;
- Expérience aux cycles primaire et/ou moyen;
- Capacité à interagir avec les agences communautaires;
- Capacité de travailler en équipe et d’exercer un leadership au sein de l’équipe - Habileté à communiquer efficacement avec les parents - Flexibilité à s’adapter au changement - Compréhension des besoins des élèves avec le trouble du spectre d’autisme
- Maîtrise du français à l’écrit et à l’oral;
- Bonnes relations interpersonnelles;
- Ouverture d’esprit et créativité.

En vertu des Règlements de l’Ontario 521/01 et 170/02, toute personne employée par le Conseil scolaire Viamonde, doit fournir un relevé récent de ses antécédents criminels dans le secteur vulnérable (mois de 6 mois) avant d'entrer en fonction.

Étant un conseil francophone, nous fournissons des services éducatifs en français, toute votre documentation devra être rédigée en français pour être considérée.
