In the Home Renovation Sales role you will be responsible for providing clients with comprehensive design and construction expertise, along with specific product knowledge for their renovation project.

You will tend to walk-in clients at the showroom as well as leads generated by HomeReno Direct. Then work with our CRM and arrange home visits, take initial measurements, and conduct space planning and product selection. You will also work with our Jr. Designer to develop working drawings and 3D renderings. Then craft estimates that are in-line with HomeReno Direct's pricing and present all of the above to clients for negotiation and closing.

**Strong sales acumen is critical to this role.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tend to and close leads generated by HomeReno Direct.
- Provide cost estimations for leads generated by HomeReno Direct, in-line with HomeReno Direct's pricing.
- Craft interior design solutions by selling HomeReno Direct products that are consistent with the customer's preference and budget.
- Design and build projects using technical and creative skills in colour and space planning.
- Preparing specification sheets and plans per project.
- Coordinate with the team to provide exceptional service to customers before and after the sale.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of interior design specific to the bath and kitchen industry and effective sales techniques.
- Robust knowledge of renovation costs.
- Strong sales acumen
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the home renovation industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Residential Design industry, preferably Kitchen & Bath
- Applicants with previous experience in a designer showroom will be given priority.
- Have access to own vehicle in order to verify measurements and evaluate renovation requirements at the work site.
- Have a flexible schedule and be willing to work Saturdays. Regular work schedule is Tuesday-Saturday.
- Proficiency in work related software: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Buildertrend.
- Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with home renovation and new construction projects from beginning to end.
- Must have exceptional communication skills and fluency in English

This position is commission based. The displayed salary range is the expected total compensation.
