We are looking for an experienced Game Product Manager to join the Skate team. You will report to the Head of Product Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will study the game economy, player motivations and player journey to identify and promote opportunities that drive additive revenue and increased engagement.
- You will work with DnA, UXR, Design and XD teams to define success metrics and KPIs, facilitate and drive ideas that elevate specific KPIs.
- You will estimate the potential impact of future features and game updates on KPIs, to inform development prioritization.
- You will be a forward-thinker, identifying and pitching future product additions that drive additional revenue and engagement.
- That includes regularly synthesizing competitive analysis in order to share industry best practices with the team.
- You will work with Corporate Strategy and Commercial teams to include competitive data in your analysis and proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of Product Management, Game Design, Data Science or Business Performance experience required.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven product design and decision making.
- Sound and proven ability in using and understanding in-game trends using data insights to impact top line KPIs.
- Experience presenting decks to various stakeholders.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced AGILE development environment.
- And above all, motivation and a passion for your work

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.- BASE SALARY RANGES- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $89,300 - $123,000 CAN Annually
- Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
