- SOMMAIRE DES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Sous l’autorité de la chef des communications, elle ou il réalise des travaux à caractère technique, promotionnel et pédagogique dans le domaine des arts graphiques.
- Plus précisément, dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez appelé(e) à:
- Concevoir, réaliser et mettre en page une variété de documents papiers et numériques;
- Assurer le soutien technique à la signalisation interne et externe au moyen des gabarits en cours et en respect du Programme d’identité visuelle (PIV);
- Assurer toutes les étapes de la production des formulaires cliniques selon les standards établis, incluant la transformation en document interactif (O Word) et le suivi avec le Service des archives;
- Assurer la cohérence des déclinaisons des documents sous toutes leurs formes, incluant pour les plateformes numériques (Web, intranet, médias sociaux);
- Archiver les documents correctement, en les imputant à la bonne direction et/ou au bon service, incluant l’assemblage de tous les éléments graphiques inhérents au dossier;
- Planifier la production dans le respect des échéanciers et des délais impartis;
- Assurer le suivi et le soutien technique nécessaires auprès des imprimeurs (incluant les demandes de devis) ou des médias à l’étape de la publication;
- Travailler en équipe dans un contexte d'interdisciplinarité;
- Planifier l’approbation des épreuves (lorsque pertinent) avec la coordonnatrice professionnelle de l’équipe graphique et veiller à la qualité impeccable des documents;

Salaire horaire : 23,48$ à 29,40$ selon expérience - semaine de 35 heures
- Port d’attache : 2400, boulevard des Sources
- Possibilité de télétravail
- Horaire de travail : lundi au vendredi- Requirements:
- EXIGENCES ET COMPÉTENCES- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires avec spécialisation en arts graphiques d’une école reconnue par le ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport;
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office et de la suite créative Adobe: InDesign, Illustrator et Photoshop;
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente;
- Dynamisme, autonomie et créativité;
- Sens de l’organisation, de la gestion des priorités et de l’initiative; capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en simultané;
- Goût pour le travail en équipe;
- Capacité à gérer la pression en situation de stress et à s’adapter au changement;
- Connaissance du logiciel After Effects ou d’un autre logiciel d’animation (un atout);
- Connaissance du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux (un atout);
- Capacité de travailler aisément, en français et en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
