Position Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience to join our fabrication team. While sign-making experience is not required, we're looking for someone who has a background in related fields such as construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or other hands-on work. If you enjoy building things, working with your hands, and learning new skills, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:
- Learn to fabricate various types of signs using different materials
- Operate shop equipment and hand tools
- Measure and cut materials accurately
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Work with the team to complete projects on schedule
- Assist with material handling and organization
- Quality check your own work
- Place and wire LED lighting
Required Qualifications:
- Experience using basic hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
- Basic math skills and ability to take accurate measurements
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and good attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- 40 hours per week
- Occasional overtime available
Salary Range: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience
