**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming as required
- Repair and patch any damaged areas prior to painting
- Collaborate effectively with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a painter in residential and/or commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to achieve flawless finishes
- Proficient in surface preparation, including sanding, caulking, and priming
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Safety-conscious and adherence to proper safety protocols

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
