**Position Overview**:
Are you a passionate Instructor dedicated to sharing practical knowledge and skills through diverse teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and both independent and group projects? If so, we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering instruction that adheres to the curriculum's module and program objectives.
- Promptly grade assignments and exams, providing progress updates to support student development.
- Contribute to quality improvement processes to foster continuous growth and excellence.
- Contributing to the development of curriculum and instructional materials.
- Serve as a learning coach, providing intentional support for student growth and career aspirations.
- Enhance our students' experience by supporting campus administrative functions and actively participating in programmed activities.
- Uphold our professional standards and code of ethics, serving as a role model for students and colleagues alike.

**Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate degree in Nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certificate or Registered Nurse designation.
- Current licensure with the College of British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- 3-5 years of recent nursing experience, particularly in gerontological care in community settings and complex care facilities with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Computer proficiency, especially in integrating e-learning platforms into the curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and group facilitation.
- Must be a team player and a self starter.
- Nice to have an interest in diverse pedagogical and multi-modal education approaches.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
