Catlin Inc. is a Burlington based construction company that is currently seeking a Project Manager capable of completing custom homes, additions and full home renovations. Catlin Inc. specializes in quality craftsmanship and the work we do is anything but basic All our work is custom and designed by talented architects and our talented in-house designers and we are making a name for ourselves. We are a family oriented, growing company that is focused on engaging our employees, teaching new skills, and encouraging them to grow.

What We’re Looking For:

- Construction knowledge (residential considered an asset)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with construction projects (Residential or Commercial)
- Project Management Education
- Capability to read and interpret construction drawings, design drawings and specifications
- Ability to participate and collaborate in project team settings and to engage in critical thought
- Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn Buildertrend
- Clean Drivers’ Abstract, and ability to tow a trailer
- Capability to travel to the job site for site visits and inspections

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with pre-construction planning, coordinating and quoting (HVAC Design, floor systems, trusses and planning for bulkheads of services)
- Coordinate the timeline and ordering of long lead time items ie. Windows, exterior doors, siding etc.
- Weekly update of project scheduling & communication with all stakeholders on changes
- Inspection for quality/accuracy of all subcontractor work
- Procurement of all construction materials (lumber, windows, exterior products like siding, concrete etc.)
- Multi-site project management (2-3 active + assigned jobs in pipeline)
- Communicate with the design department on updates and changes that could affect design etc. as the project is underway.
- Initiate site meetings/walk throughs per the standard site walks with the clients and any additional site meetings with subcontractors, architect, clients as needed
