**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine health status and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on osteopathic principles.
- Perform osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) to alleviate pain and improve function.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
- Collect and analyze data to track patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Engage in research activities to enhance knowledge of osteopathic practices.
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
- Educate patients and their families about health management strategies.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with pediatrics, home care, and acute care practices is advantageous.
- Strong background in pain management techniques and medication administration.
- Experience with data collection and analysis for patient outcomes is beneficial.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and research in the field of osteopathy.
