**Medical Centre Requires Bookkeeper Experienced in Full Cycle Accounting and QuickBooks**

**Duties**:

- Perform Full Cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash balances
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Provide support for technical accounting issues and research
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Maintain Accounts
- Pay invoices

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in 10 key typing and data entry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with account reconciliation and analysis
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
- Strong analytical skills for financial report writing and analysis
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Note: A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience will also be considered.

**Salary**: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
