Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As the Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure that all guests are greeted promptly and seated in a timely manner
- Monitor dining room activity to ensure efficient service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination of food delivery and quality control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items is preferred but not required

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
