Forum operates in the three reporting segments: Drilling & Downhole, Completions and Production.

Our Drilling and Downhole Segment includes our Subsea products. Our Completions segment includes Stimulation & Intervention and Coiled Tubing products, and our Production segment includes our Valves Product lines.

**Summary**:
**Job Duties/Responsibilities**
- Collect, interpret, and use reference documents and drawings prepared internally, vendors, and outside sources
- Compile customer purchase order, logístical information, trade compliance documents to generate accurate and complete sales orders
- Develop small scale thermal solutions per customer requirements
- Complete Thermal Performance calculations for small scale units
- Perform product suitability analysis
- Customer site visits to maintain customer contact and/or assist in field troubleshooting
- Complete quotation requests and send to customer for review
- Calculate costing for parts and small-scale projects using GHT costing processes
- Coordination with other departments to complete on-time delivery
- Communicate customer updates on orders
- Active participate in FET’s Health, Safety and Environment program
- Oher duties as assigned.

- Capable of working independently, under sets of instructions with mínimal supervision

- Organized and able to work under pressure, while maintaining deadlines

- Strong Communication skills
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Mature professional with the ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality and judgement

- Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working within a team
- Ability to work extended hours when required
- International travel as needed
- Strong computer skills an asset.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, SAP, PowerPoint, and other CRM/ERP systems.

**Education**
- Technical degree or diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**
- 3+ years prior experience in inside sales or quotations preferred
- Prior experience with AutoCAD considered an asset, but not required.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
