KidsAbility is currently seeking a leadership-focused individual to fill the Clinical Supervisor position within the Autism program. This position reports to the Clinical Manager of Autism Services & BSS and will be providing services within the Ontario Autism Program (OAP). The Clinical Supervisor participates in designing, planning, implementing, and assessing the clinical services; supervises clinical staff in their implementation of the work; and supports family centred care and inter-professional practice.

**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for a comprehensive range of supports and services for children and families accessing services at KidsAbility
- Provide supervision to staff in the Autism and Behaviour Support Services program
- Assist with clinical workload management, outcome measures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Responsible for the oversight and treatment planning
- Partner with the Autism Services Clinical team for best-practices, research projects, new initiatives, and mentoring
- Provide guidance and oversight to learning

**Qualifications**:

- Board certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) designation is required
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience plus 5 years clinical experience
- Experience working with children with ASD and their families
- Knowledge and skill in the delivery of a range of services based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis for children with ASD and their families
- Strong innovative program planning and development capacity
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to work as an integral member of a team and the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships both internally and externally
- Use of an automobile with public liability and property damage (minimum of $1 million) is required
- Willing to travel across Waterloo, Kitchener, and Guelph/Wellington regions
