Falkbuilt Ltd. is looking for a **Digital Communications Coordinator **to join a hardworking and ridiculously passionate team of Falkers. Falkbuilt is an exciting new *Digital Component Construction company headquartered in SE Calgary. We are a fast paced, entrepreneurial company that needs high energy and motivated individuals to join the team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital communications, marketing, or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe suite products, specifically InDesign and basic video editing experience.
- Experience with MS Office, LinkedIn, Instagram, and SharePoint are required.
- Knowledge in the Construction industry is an asset.
**Responsibilities**:
- Help manage corporate, internal, and external communications.
- Update company website including but not limited to general product content, important updates, and the photo gallery as required.
- Write weekly blog posts which includes interviewing clients, case studies, website content, etc.
- Update and maintain Marketing Sales tools for branch use, including project profiles and process documents.
- Develop, produce, and schedule engaging social media content on related platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Assist in the development of yearly ESG report.
- Curate content for Falkbuilt’s internal newsletter.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytic platforms. Responsible for creating reports on key metrics.
- Create a variety of social posts for Falkbuilt Branches.
- Create effective and meaningful white papers.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail and ability to write engaging narrative.
- Able to self-manage and be proactive.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas with a keen eye for design.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time, in office role (Calgary, AB)
- Must thrive in an open office environment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
