Vaughan, Canada Multimatic Manufacturing Full time

**Scope of Position**:
To administer programs and processes in support of the engineering team and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Request, gather and input the information that is required from all designated channels to complete the various steps that are mandatory in the quoting process.
- Communicate with the account manager on matters regarding customer issues.
- Co-ordinate and update the tracking and or logging of outstanding financial issues.
- Assist (_when applicable) _the accounting department in solving accounts receivable issues.
- Administer the paperwork required for production and or non-production items.
- Administrate and maintain communications with customers through the internet connections as required.
- Perform tooling audits.
- Provide customer with account of tooling costs
- Management of Assemblies moving from Production Status to Service
- Work with internal & external customers to disposition obsolete tools.
- Initiate Price Justification by completion of Customer Price Breakdown Form
- Respond to customer tool audit requests
- Work with Purchasing regarding logistics of pre-production material
- RFQ logging/assigning tracking number.
- Work in compliance with other departments to setup an initial quote meeting.
- Contribute to fundamental phases of QOS reporting.
- Update and maintain customer specific databases and forms.
- Creation, maintenance and or tracking of work orders and other forms
- Participate in GEAR activities in order to achieve corporate goals.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and technically demanding.
- Work in compliance and conform to all established standards.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years related business experience.
- Intermediate computer skills in Spreadsheets, Word Processing, Internet, and Databases.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; plus, the ability to effectively interact with outside customers, suppliers, and all levels of employees internally in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 standards would be an asset.
- Ability to read, write and speak English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months
