Doo Studio is BRP’s newly created global internal creative and production studio. Composed of multidisciplinary content production experts, Doo Studio supports BRP’s portfolio of brands in the development of multi-channels content initiatives, handling creative development, production management, post-production, and digital activation. Doo Studio operated from anywhere, with hubs located in Montreal, Sherbrooke, and Plano.

DOO Studio,is looking for an Ecomm photographer for it’s Sherbrooke studio location.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take photographs, on table and on model

Make short and simple ecom videos on models

Build and dismantle sets and different lighting installations according to needs or supports

Make the selection of photos and videos for e-comm and cropping, under the supervision of the Brand Manager or the Artistic Director

Make adjustments, image processing and transfer to Retoucher/Editor

Color correct images as needed, ensure lighting and image consistency between different sessions and VBI

Ensure images are in order, lighting is consistent and naming conventions are followed

Perform quality control on final images to ensure consistency with photo guidelines

Ensure that the archiving of sessions, selections and final images is coherent and organized

File management support if needed

Maintain strict BRP quality control standards

Maintain studio space, supplies and photo equipment and advise studio coordinator and manager of requests for maintenance, upgrades or other needs

Create and maintain retouching guidelines

Contribute to the research of ECOM models

Participate in the research, brainstorm, moodboard and pre-production process for specific creative concepts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in photography or related field

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and image processing - lightroom, Pixels

Good knowledge of videography and simple video editing skills in Final Cut or Adobe Premiere, an asset.

Experience working with Mac OSX, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Adobe Suite

Advanced knowledge of studio lighting as well as natural lighting

Excellent knowledge of photographic equipment, tools and best practices

Strong high quality retouching skills, for fashion photography

Ability to effectively lead a team of retouchers and editors

Experience in writing, documenting and implementing new procedures

Knowledge of fashion, styling and photography

Good eye for model casting

Attention to details

Available to work at the Sherbrooke studio location.

Participate in large-scale and global projects and meet challenges in a context of effervescence, growth and constant change related to the creation of an internal studio.

Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
