- Superviser et coordonner les activités des ouvriers de production, y compris les opérateurs de machines et les assembleurs.
- Planifier et organiser les calendriers de production quotidiens pour répondre aux objectifs de l'entreprise et aux demandes des clients.
- Surveiller les processus de production et apporter les ajustements nécessaires pour garantir des performances optimales.
- Maintenir le strict respect des règles de sécurité et promouvoir un environnement de travail sûr.
- Effectuer des inspections régulières des équipements et des machines pour garantir leur bon fonctionnement et signaler tout problème pour un entretien en temps opportun.
- Former et développer les membres de l'équipe, en leur fournissant des conseils et un soutien pour améliorer leurs compétences et leurs performances.
- S'assurer que les normes de contrôle de qualité sont respectées et que les produits finis répondent aux spécifications de l'entreprise.
- Gérer les niveaux de stocks et commander les matériaux nécessaires pour répondre aux demandes de production.
- Collaborer avec d'autres départements, tels que la logistique et l'assurance qualité, pour rationaliser les opérations et améliorer l'efficacité.
- Conservez des enregistrements précis des données de production, y compris la production, la main-d'œuvre et les matériaux utilisés. *Qualifications:*
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ; une formation technique ou professionnelle dans un domaine connexe est préférable.
- Expérience avérée en tant que contremaître d'usine ou dans un rôle de supervision similaire dans un environnement de fabrication.
- Solide connaissance des processus de production, des équipements et des protocoles de sécurité.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et en organisation.

The Plant Foreman will oversee daily operations at our manufacturing plant, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. *Key Responsibilities:*
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including machine operators and assemblers.
- Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any issues for timely maintenance.
- Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure that quality control standards are met and that finished products meet company specifications.
- Manage inventory levels and order materials as needed to support production demands.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and quality assurance, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of production data, including output, labor, and materials used. *Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Plant Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to production management.
