Brixel Education Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Robotics Teacher to join our team. As a Robotics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive robotics and STEM education programs to our students.

**Responsibilities**
- Teaching groups of school-age students
- Prepare for program delivery by attending training sessions, organizing teaching materials, performing light administrative tasks and other preparatory duties
- Be responsible for the safety and well-being of program participants
- Provide hands-on instruction, guidance, and support during robotics projects and activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance program quality and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- OCT accreditation is a strong asset
- DCS / DEC (required)
- Teaching experience is an asset (working with young children: 2 years (required)
- You MUST have relevant experience working with young children between the ages of 5 and 12. You should have a child focused background of mentoring, teaching, coaching and/or as a camp counsellor.
- You will be required to provide a Toronto Police Vulnerable Sectors Screening.
- Tutoring experience is a strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional and punctual

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English

Licence/Certification:

- Teaching Certificate (preferred)
- Driver's License (preferred)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
